Attorney Profile

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Graham occasionally teaches courses in Business Law and in Mark Twain's Life and Writings at Columbia College in Jefferson City and Columbia, Missouri; and World Literature at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri, having taken his Ph.D. in English Literature at the University of Missouri after preparatory studies at the University of Kansas and Exeter College, Oxford, England. 

Mr. Graham is a trial attorney who has tried numerous jury trials in the areas of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and in business law; and numerous trials in the area of family law. He is particularly experienced in appraising businesses and professional practices in the context of family law litigation.
