Mr. Ludwig has been a Trial Lawyer his entire career, starting out in a large Insurance Defense firm in St. Louis. He moved to Jefferson City in 1985, and his Practice has expanded to include work for individuals and corporations that have been damaged. In addition to defending insurance companies in both first party and third party claims, he also represents companies in large subrogation claims, usually based on product defects. He has represented numerous individuals on auto accident, product liability, and first party insurance claims, has obtained many settlements over $500,000, and represented two children for the death of their father in a wrongful death trial that resulted in a verdict of $1 million.
