Mr. Frese practices in the area of insurance-related matters, including representation of insurers in first-party claims, insurance coverage disputes involving all forms of property and liability coverages, and defense of insureds in third-party claims. He has also represented numerous insurers involving insurance regulatory matters, including acquisition of insurance companies. He has considerable experience in all aspects of insurance receiverships.  He also represents insurance companies and other businesses as corporate counsel.  He has appellate experience in both state and federal courts of appeals.

Mr. Frese has lived and practiced in Jefferson City since 1987. He became a member of the firm in 1992. Mr. Frese and his wife, Kathy, have two children, Julia and Justin.
